Charis et Veritas LLC provides reproductive mental health therapy to individuals, couples, groups, and families in Fort Wayne, IN.

Consultations

Our consultations include phone calls or 30-minute meetings to discuss services offered and insurance or financial paperwork. This initial consultation is free.

What Happens During Your Sessions?

At your appointments, we will provide individual, couples, or family counseling. We offer patients a safe environment to explore their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. We aim to increase self-awareness, agency, skills, and resources applicable to your unique situation.

Insurance

We are now accepting Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, PHP, ComPsych, Multiplan insurance, Aetna, Cigna, Magellan, IBH, MedPartners, MHN, Parkview Signature Care, United Health Care, Value Options, Humana, Lutheran Preferred/Three Rivers Preferred, New Avenues, Tri-Care, and EverNorth Behavioral Health.

If you do not have insurance, sliding-scale fees are available for cash-only clients.  To make sure every client can receive the care they need; we can provide referrals to other qualified and caring professionals if our services do not meet your situation.
